Park Rules

· Please keep your area neat, and your trailer and vehicles within the space provided.

· Please do not drive or park on non-designated driving areas.

· We ask that you keep your trash picked up. With no exceptions, the only items kept outside will be patio furniture. This DOES NOT include appliances, indoor furniture, clotheslines, wading pools, tools etc.

· Please keep the noise level to a minimum when outside and be considerate of others. Quiet hours are 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM.

· Please ONLY put black/gray water, and toilet paper into the onsite sewer system.

· Trash must be placed inside trash bags, before being placed in the onsite dumpster.

· No unapproved pets allowed. Approved pets must be on a leash and accompanied by owner at all times when outdoors.

· No refunds will be given. Please plan accordingly.

· Children must be supervised by a parent at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and any damage caused by their children.

· Visitors of residents are welcome. You will be responsible for your guests’ actions. Anyone causing a problem will be asked to leave the park and will not be allowed to return.

· The use of firearms or BB guns is strictly prohibited.

· Failure to abide by state and local laws will result in immediate removal of the tenant and or guest from the premises subject to no refund.

· Nature View is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Disorderly conduct, abusive language, noisy disturbances, and or failure to comply by the park rules and regulations herein contained, shall be grounds for immediate removal of the tenant and or guest from the premises subject to no refund.
